My beginning…im gonna do it right this time!!!!
So where do i begin..im new to this blog thingy..not to weight loss though!!thought of writing things down maybe they do help and let out my frustrations!.. Well me being quite athletic from a very young age had built up alot of muscle, and then due to exams and other problems if u may call them so, gained weight or rather lost all the muscle and gained weight since i burnt less calories without the muscle..this summer i started going to the gym nearly everyday and just lost 3 kg in 3 months..ok that is a little..but i expected it to be a bit faster since i almost ran on the treadmill everyday and didnt have one stupid chocolate nearly through out summer..which is impossible for me coz i might as well skip all the meals and head for dessert usually..i love chocolate and they are my worst temptaions for a mid night snack!!! i just simply have to have some form of sweet glucose before i go to bed..i thought of going to bed early maybe i skip the snacking..but coz of studying and school i have to stay up a bit late, otherwise the work would just pile up! and this year i have to be extremely hard working since i have my a levels coming up! damn exams..its probably coz of them i gained so much weight!!
Well for my diet: fresh start as from TOMO!! i know it should be now but anyhow; i know i have to set up rules..so here they go:
DRINK alot and alot of water
Do some form of excersise everyday
go to gym 3 times a week at least(weight training)
eat veggies and fruit
stack up on heatlhy snacks
keep track on calories taken in and burnt
watch less tv and work out instead
EAT LESS CHOCOLATE AND SWEETS(worst part of it all)
BANISH COFFEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!
keep my self motivated
Get rid of these extra pounds!!
Anyway, hope this time ill mange to do this right and maybe this month ill loose up to at least 5-10 pounds!!
Ok i wont say im going to loose that much ..i just have to sart and see what happens..no matter how long its gonna take im just gonna do it…so many people out there do it…why cant we too do it!!! like we put on the weight in the first place we cant take it off!!! so cheers to that!!!
Anyway any tips and motivation that u can offer is mostly appriciated!!! and thankx for the support from before hand coz i realised this site and the people are amazing!!!!

Welcome to Buddyslim! Only tip I can really add to your list is make sure you get in some good cardio for at least 20-30 minutes for at least 5 days (or what you can since you are just starting)and do it at a good intensity. Good luck to you!
