D-I-E-T!!!!->rather DIE without the ‘t’

OHHHHHH!!!

Im so angry at my self!!i ended up binging!not on fooodddd..on stupid chocolate..im a choco addict and cant seem to supress it..oh damn…i ended up eating 2 sandwiches…ok they were healthy..but im trying not to have bread..then i had some peanuts and a small mars..then half a cup of nutella!!!yeah great diet sarah!!! oh god!! what am i doing? now im trying to down 2 bottles of water and some biotea maybe it will help cleanse all the toxins from chocolate!!!its sooooo difficult around here..all my house is filled with candies and chocolates and all my mother buys are sweets for my bro and father..who both rather eat chocolates than any other type of food..and yet they are thin as a stick..i try puting all the chocolates and sweets in boxes and not look inside them for a week so i wont find anything..but then what..my mum would have bought morrreee..god and i keep telling my mum to help me out here..but all she says is im fine the way i am..i know she loves me the way i am..its just i cant get her to stop buying snacks for the whole family since were all addicted…damn damn damn..i just have to try harder..tomo i have to work out like hell even though im in for terrible back pain this week…God knows how the scales are gonna tip tomo morning:(
And i know why i binge..its confort food..we dont really need food but we want to feel safe and supress our feelings..i just have to pluck up the courage and deal with my emotions..tomo is a new day now we see…waaaaaa

    Try to resist the chocolate. You have goals you want to reach so do your very best. Try and make chocolate a reward for a good week. Do good, have a piece. Do bad, forget it. Ha ha! I know, easier said than done. Just don’t lose site of your goals. Give it your best.

    I too am a choco addict! I let myself have some on my weigh in day, after I weigh in of course. Just stay focused! You can do it!
